Ensalada de pasta farfalle y aguacate<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/2 libra de pasta farfalle (cocidos)<\/p>\n

1 cucharada de cilantro<\/p>\n

1\/2 aguacate<\/strong><\/p>\n

Man\u00ed al gusto<\/p>\n

Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/p>\n

Vinagre o lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n

1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva<\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n

En un taz\u00f3n agrega la pasta farfalle ya cocida, el cilantro cortado finamente y el aguacate<\/strong> cortado en trozos peque\u00f1os (cuadrados). Incluye el vinagre o el lim\u00f3n, la sal y pimienta al gusto y mueve hasta incorporar todos los ingredientes.<\/p>\n

Casabe con dip de aguacate<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 aguacate<\/strong><\/p>\n

4 tortas de casabe<\/p>\n

2 huevos hervidos<\/p>\n

2 tomates Cherry<\/p>\n

Queso mozzarella al gusto<\/p>\n

Lim\u00f3n al gusto<\/p>\n

Cilantro<\/p>\n

Sal y pimienta<\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n

En un procesador, agrega el aguacate<\/strong>, queso mozzarella, lim\u00f3n, cilantro, sal y pimienta al gusto. Procesa hasta que obtengas una textura cremosa. Para la presentaci\u00f3n, toma una esp\u00e1tula para aplicar el dip en las tortas de casabe. Una vez lo hayas hecho, pon los huevos y tomates Cherry previamente cortados por encima, y agrega cilantro.<\/p>\n

Salm\u00f3n con crema de aguacate<\/strong> y papa<\/h2>\n

Ingredientes de la crema:<\/strong><\/p>\n

2 aguacates grandes<\/p>\n

1\/2 libra de papa cocida<\/p>\n

1 taza de fondo de vegetales o mariscos<\/p>\n

Un peque\u00f1o manojo de puerro<\/p>\n

1 cucharada de cebolla cortada en brunoise<\/p>\n

1 cucharada de mantequilla<\/p>\n

Ajo<\/p>\n

Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/p>\n

Crema de leche al gusto<\/p>\n

Vino blanco al gusto<\/p>\n

Queso parmesano<\/p>\n

Salm\u00f3n cocido para acompa\u00f1ar<\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lic\u00faa el aguacate<\/strong> y la papa con la taza de fondo de vegetales o de mariscos. En una olla caliente, agrega la cucharada de mantequilla, la cebolla, el ajo y el puerro. Agrega a la olla el aguacate<\/strong> y la papa previamente licuados, mueve y agrega sal y pimienta al gusto. Cuando est\u00e9 en punto de ebullici\u00f3n, agrega la crema de leche, el vino y el queso parmesano.<\/p>\n

Ingredientes del salm\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 libra de filete de salm\u00f3n<\/p>\n

1 lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n

1 cucharada de mantequilla<\/p>\n

Sal y pimienta al gusto<\/p>\n

Ajo al gusto<\/p>\n

Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coloca el salm\u00f3n en un bowl, agrega el ajo, el lim\u00f3n, sal y pimienta. En una sart\u00e9n caliente, agrega mantequilla, deja clarificar y pon el salm\u00f3n. Deja que se cocine a fuego bajo. Una vez est\u00e9 listo, retira del fuego y presenta con la crema de aguacate<\/strong> y papa.<\/p>\n
