Estos son los 10 consejos <\/strong>que la experta recomienda:<\/p>\n

Consejos para un cerebro saludable<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Control de la presi\u00f3n arterial: <\/strong>mantener un buen control de la presi\u00f3n arterial, incluido tomar medicamentos si es necesario, puede ser lo m\u00e1s importante que alguien puede hacer para mantener un cerebro sano<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

La presi\u00f3n arterial no controlada provoca cambios en los vasos sangu\u00edneos del cerebro y en el propio tejido cerebral, adem\u00e1s es el mayor factor de riesgo de accidente cerebrovascular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Control del colesterol: <\/strong>el mal control del colesterol malo, espec\u00edficamente el LDL y los triglic\u00e9ridos, provoca la acumulaci\u00f3n de placa en los vasos sangu\u00edneos. Esto aumenta los cambios de bloqueo del flujo sangu\u00edneo, lo que puede provocar un accidente cerebrovascular.<\/p>\n

4. Abstenerse del consumo de tabaco:<\/strong> fumar provoca cambios en el tejido cerebral y aumenta el riesgo de desarrollar hipertensi\u00f3n, enfermedades pulmonares y c\u00e1ncer.<\/p>\n
