El embajador de Espa\u00f1a en el pa\u00eds, Antonio P\u00e9rez-Hern\u00e1ndez dijo: \u201cA los espa\u00f1oles y dominicanos nos unen muchos lazos de todo tipo, pero yo creo que uno de los m\u00e1s potentes es el de la gastronom\u00eda\u2026 Gracias de verdad Antonio y gracias Alberto haces un trabajo fant\u00e1stico\u201d. <\/p>\n
Actualmente, hay m\u00e1s de 290 restaurantes certificados en m\u00e1s de 40 pa\u00edses. En Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe m\u00e1s de 35 restaurantes han obtenido la certificaci\u00f3n y en Rep\u00fablica Dominicana este es el primer restaurante<\/strong> en recibir la certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\u201cEs una satisfacci\u00f3n tremenda que despu\u00e9s de tantos a\u00f1os fuera de Espa\u00f1a, m\u00e1s de 24 a\u00f1os, me reconozcan.
